Orders are placed on this site and paid by Zelle or Venmo. Submitting the checkout form reserves your order and generates an order number; it does not charge you.

Your order is confirmed once we receive your payment and match it to your order number. Including the order number in the payment note is what allows us to match it. If it is missing we may need to contact you before the order can be confirmed.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you submit your order.

We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed, and typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days of that point.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We cannot reroute an order once it has shipped.

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide return instructions.

Because of the nature of these materials, we cannot accept returns of items once they have been opened.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product sold through this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of any material you purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
